Looking for a used set of Mickey Thompson ET Street Radials 235/60/15. These are 26" tall, 8" tread, 9.5" at the sidewall. I've decided the BFG Radial TA's aren't going to cut it if I'm going to hit the local track a few times next summer. Other brands considered, of course. The closer to ND, the better. My BFG's are 245/60's and don't leave much clearance to the lip on my 68, so I don't really want to try anything wider than the MT 235/60's. Plus I don't want a taller tire with my current 2.56 posi rear. Just looking for something that has a few runs left in them, though I would consider something not quite so worn too, depending on $$. So, whatcha got?
David, Hello. I have some 28x11.5x15 M/T et street, not radials. They work very well. Just getting a new set, and slightly bigger. Have a good summer left in them. If this size works let me know John
Thanks John, they're probably taller and wider than I want to go, or can go, but I appreciate the offer. ET Streets might be an option, but I'm only 10min from the track and would like to drive there on the DOT radials if I can find a pair. :3gears: EDIT: Ok, now I see these are also DOT approved tires... ou: Driving to the track isn't a problem then.
