This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

I'm trying to find out a little more info on the '64 Wildcat my wife just bought me. I havent had much luck decoding the Vin. I'm currently in Iraq and my wife doesnt know much about cars, and the vin number she gave me was, 6156019818. I've tried to google vin number decoders, but it hasnt worked out so well. If anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated,

unless its a canadian built car the vin should start with 6K
    6 is the series (wildcat)
    K is the year code(64)
the next # would denote where it was built(1-flint)
and the last 6 are the car's production #

canadian built cars had a different number pattern
have your wife look in the drivers door for the vin tag with the code

    i hope this helps

A model year 1964 VIN is 9 digits long.
The VIN your wife gave you has 10 digits.

I'll post again when she sends it.
