I had a vinyl top put on my 79 regal to cover some small hail damage a few years ago, anyway its been sitting outside in the weather for the last 3 years, and it has accumulated some tree sap, and dirt. The problem is it wont come off with a regular car wash soap, and I was wondering what would work for cleaning it with out harming the vinly...Also is there a cleaner conditioner availible after I get it cleaned up to maintain it...
