I bought two good sets at the local junkyard, for my 71 Skylark, cost me about $30 a set. They came on a lot of cars, ElCaminos and Camaros and ???

    Dave,
Many 78-87 G-bodies (Cutlass, Regal, Grand Prix, Monte Carlo) had them. You can find them on Ebay too. Typically sell for $30-40/pr + ship.

Will the late 60s early 70s Electra aluminum drums bolt up to an A body?

    Jim,
From what I remember when I had my '70 Le Sabre was the diameter of the drums are larger than the A-Body cars. Also, the larger cars Buick produced were 5x5 bolt pattern where the A-body is 5x4 3/4.

One thing to remember when tightening the aluminum drums is not to use an impact gun. I remember Duane telling me the drums crack around the studs from being overtightened.

Also, make sure you measure ID, not to exceed 9.59"

Most of the ones I find here have an ID of 9.25-9.375"

Have seen too many with rivet grooves in them. I don't
think I have found a set for the last year.
