Wanted - 65 401 Block

I'm looking for a good 401 block. This is for a local engine builder, not for myself. He'd really prefer something local Twin Cities, southern MN, western WI, or northern IA, but I assume shipping could be worked out for the right one. It's going in a 65 GS resto, so an LR block would be a plus.

the pistons are stuck init from sitting but it there
would you need the crank as well?
heads?
anything else
i have the motor all apart including the cam out for storage
