Just bought a set of quarter panel emblems from Year One and they are both pitted. The most obvious blemish is above the "O." Talked to a service rep and he says the rest in his warehouse are pitted in the same places. I've called OPGI to see if theirs are any different, but I have a feeling they are buying from the same place. I'll keep you all updated. Anyone else experience this problem or know where to get non-pitted ones?

Update: I have called reps from Year One, Parts Place, Poston, and OPGI and none of them is selling a clean emblem, they all have pits. One vendor I called said theirs weren't pitted, so I bought a pair, and guess what? They were pitted!!! Now I'm stuck with a re-stocking fee, and had to eat the shipping. Granted, the part isn't huge money, but it is a shame no one advertises that these emblems are messed up and the buyer gets scammed. Who is going to drop big bucks to restore their car and then put substandard emblems on it? Not me...
