Washers or no Washers

    putting on my freshly rebuild Everyday Performance carb but I got a brain fart, does the 4 mounting bolts use washers or none? 13 lbs of torque is what the book calls for, is that right?

    I like using washers on the front long bolts.

    Flat washer where "load bearing" is needed, and split washer where "locking" is needed.

    Especially nice to use washers here to prevent the soft aluminium from becoming scored and worn under the bolts heads. Carburetors have a tendency to come on and off a lot, at least in my case :)

    I always use flat washers on all 4 corners
