Oh Man Mike!! 60 Grand for a Well? How much for a pipe to the Ocean and a de-salination unit? Sorry for your problems. Hate to see a guy sell his pride and joy for some stupid zoning laws. Man, that just doesn't seem right.

    Mike

Not that I can afford to but my still gorgeous, ready to retire wife wants me to call you about your '65 wagon. Already have too many Buicks so will have to sell my '56 Mercury Montclair (no hurry needed) but that's cool.

So given your in California and I live in Eastern Time Zone what is the best time to call you please?

Serious potential (no BS) buyer too.

    Thanks.

Need to say, first in line here.

Come on! Really? You can't come up with something better that this? How about" I need to see the doctor for my FLIPPERIDASE condition." The truth shall set you free.:TU:

I'm in Monterey county which is worst to deal with . Since I'm close to ocean well must be 400 feet deep ( old well was 125 ) , has to be 50 feet from proterty line , 100 feet from any other well and 100 feet from leach line . Makes it right in middle of my field . Have to run a lot of extra line , power , back fill out well , has to be low pressure so need a storage tank just about you name it . Plus it's been a month and can't get permit ( $1500 ) to start work . Thanks for all kind words ! Mike 831-726-7270 I'm home around 6 PM PST .
