Was watching speed tv and there was Wayne Nelson winning some kind of dirt track

Oh, you mean the guy that started the L88 Corvette revolution. :Brow:

 

He has a dirt track right in his home town and has been dirt-tracken for many years.

 

I overheard the name during the broadcast the other night and chuckled to myself. Never would have guessed it was him.

 

Yes guys, it was me. I needed some kind of cheap, racing fun. I have come to realize that I really miss drag racing!! I have this fall left to coach football, then my plan is to start the search for my next drag car. Thinking 70-71 Stage 1 Buick should do nicely.. I miss my friends at the PSMCDR!

I know Steve, that dirt gets everywhere! I may have to start thinking about another trailer anyway, after six winters of Max racing snowmobiles, it's in sorry shape. I might need a second job also...
