Weight loss for a 69 Skylark

What are the best ways to lighten up a 69 Skylark with out using fiberglass body parts? I am going to make a GS Tribute car....thanks for the suggestions.

 

I have seen an itemized "table" posted...anybody have that?

Race car or street car?
Tyler is "lightening" up the 70 car for a race car, but he has done it so he could still have a stock appearing car. It will have fiberglass though.

 

Street car that will perform well at the strip. I have a GS hood and both front fenders.
