    What age

Born in 52, was shifting "crashbox" 51 VW at age 8 (Father's idea of automatic) Was running 59 Porsche by age 13 around Nelson Ledges Road Course (more fun than listening to "Older folks partying after races).
Taught "Skylarkwilly" to drive stick in 68 340-S Barracuda (there is STILL some woman who went prematurely GREY in an XKE, because he wouldn't release the "T-bar" and put it in reverse at a stop sign when looking for 1st).
He returned the favor by cleaning my clock in later years with his Buicks, so I was a late bloomer.
Wouldn't trade the last 20+ years of Buick ownership or comeraderi for the WORLD!!!

    Hi All,

Im 19 born June 19, 1984. The weirdest thing about it is the fact that i own a 1974 buick apollo while when my dad was about my age he was driving a 1974 firebird. Although its not that weird its at least a good sign that while things change some people still have taste in cars. That and the fact that people can be swayed from tasteless rice mobiles to the body lines and sheer coolness of many aged automobile (I was able to get my now ex girlfriend out of rice mobiles and into classics so far her favorite is the 1970 Chevelle). Im sure my parents knew i was going to be into cars some day considering i would draw many, many pictures of trucks at age 4. I still like trucks just now i am more picky on what would be under the hood (like a 455).

    Re: Old guy

Had to jump in with this one, same age.

First Skylark: purchased in 1976, still own (swamp Thing)

Had a '70 SX 455 (gone to that big scrap heap in the sky)

And this is actually the engine in Swamp Thing today. I know its an Olds, but it is a 455!:Dou:
