I'm not sure where you will fit either but, I hope you show-up just so I can look your car over and see it run! Sounds COOL!!

Is quick 16 still heads up? And it would be nice but i doubt 11.0 would make top 16 out of all the drag cars.

I went to the gsca website to look for bracket 1. can anyone give me the link to it or just post up the rules, limitations, or whatever info they give. I wont be able to make it up there till friday and all my fun will be in test and tune. By the time i get my motor done and back from texas ill have one week to get it in the car and everything ready, so at the nats will be the first time the car will be driven at the track. doubt ill be that consistant in it the first time out, especially since the suspention isnt tuned yet and ill be doing that at the same time.

Any vehicle that moves under Buick power will fit into one of the bracket classes. N/A V-6 to supercharged V-8, the car will fit one of them. There are generally no rules or qualifications in bracket racing, except safety rules depending on how fast you run. If you run low 10's on your first run quick sign up for the Super 16.

Cut off for S16 will probably be around 9sec. Ill be happy to run mid 11's, but ill know closer to what ill run next week when the motor goes on the dyno.

It would be nice it the cut off for S16 is in the 9's but the last few years it's been closer to high 10's!

How strict are they going to be on the et safety stuff. My car is a real street car, full weight gs, just a good bit of power. I dont have a roll cage to go faster than 11.3. I dont know if the car will even go that fast but it just depends on the power of the motor and how my suspension and driveline combo works together. The nats will be the first time ive drove this car with the new setup, it wont even be all done till the week of the actual race.
