What color is 455 engine paint.

What red is it? I have a 71 455 Stage 1. Is it something you can get at Summit. I need to freshen up the intake manifold.

NAPA and Autozone sell DH 1608 Red. I is what may here use. High temp. too.

 

Here is DH1608---my TINT may be off in the pic but looks pretty good and
the high heat LASTS pretty good. Pete

 

I have used Krylon 2114 and it seems to work well with a clear coat to keep the shine. The clear I used was a high heat for engines made by dupli-color. O'reilly carries both of these. But I am sure pretty much any parts store can order them if they do not stock them.
