And what does it do? I can't seem to find a 3 pin connector in my harness that plugs into this. It's a 70 GS and I know I unplugged something from this heater core assembly and didn't take a pic. Any have a pic and color of the connector?
    Thanks

Thanks. Anyone have a pic of the connector on the harness? I know it's a 3 pin but for the life of me I can't seem to find it in the harness (stock harness) non a/c car.

Fan resistor pack. The connector is a square connector with 3 terminals. You could use 3 spade lug connectors and it would work just fine but you would need to figure out where the wires go. The connector should be there somewhere, look around.

Could it be this one with the red orange and green wires? Has some pretty thick wires and looks like an extra hole but that hole isn't being used. It reaches the resistor....

    I believe that is correct

No that’s not it. Pretty sure that connector is part of the ignition switch.

Nope... you need to find the connector that has the middle terminal 90° to the other two, like I _ I . Keep lookin'!

And it won't have any barbed tabs for interlocking in place.

OK, from the '70 wiring diagram. You're looking for a female connector that has a Black/Orange striped wire on one side, Yellow on the other, and the 90° in the middle is Light Blue.

It looks like this except it’s black. I’m not home this weekend otherwise I would shoot a photo.

And I think this is it...which explains why it's so hard to find. It's gonna be pretty high up in the dash.

Thanks all, found it tucked way up top all the way to the right in a wire hanger.. I must have tucked it up there when installing the under dash insulation. Black/orange, yellow and blue wires..
