What is behind the rear seat?

    A trunk divider board, then some bracing. Behind the bracing is your trunk

    Underneath the rear seat bottom cushion would be the black tarpaper insulation on the floor pan.

    I mean like behind your head if you sitting there, before the rear window.

    I took the seat out of a 72 impala back in 1995, bought it from a guy for 500 bucks. So i took the seat out and found a girls underpants. LOL That pretty much told the whole story. haha

    Is it possible to buy them used or are they kinda like headliners, one use and thats that?

    Not sure about the best price and I never tried a used one.

    That part makes a big differance visually for not too much $$$ IMO.
