What is it called

I am looking for the piece of card board like material that goes between the rear side window and the rear window in a 1970 GS. It is the area where the courtesy light is located. I can't search for one because I don't know what it is called. Can some one point me in the right direction?????

What is a sail panel?

 

Does any one make a reproduction sail panel? I just looked in my CARS catalog and didn't see anything.

I just checked The Parts Place and Legendary. My searches didn't turn up any matches. Can I buy the material in bulk and cut it to fit? As you can tell I am new to this.

Just to clarify, the sail panels that are part of the interior are ok. There is a backer panel/sound proofing board behind that is deteriorated.

No there is a tar paper looking insulation behind the sail panel

Yes it is the insulation panel not the interior part with the material glued to it. I did find the interior parts. When I get back over to my car I will post a picture.
