I'm sure some guys have ordered their wheel and tire combos online. I'm curious about the experiences. I've seen some really good deals but worry about damaged goods and all the other possible issues. Is it worth it??

My buddy ordered a full set of centerlines with slicks and front runners from Jegs. We did alot of measuring to be sure we ordered properly, they put screws in 'em, and they fit like a glove. He was very happy!

I also recently purchased some Cragar wheels from Jegs. and one of the wheels had the incorrect finish. I was really surprised and impressed at how efficiently they corrected the problem at their expense. Sent me a prepaid FedEx shipping waybill etc.

I used onlinetires.com recently and had 2 good experiences with them on tires and set of Rev wheels that are powder coated anthracite (gray). My local Discount Tire also price matched OnlineTires and had great customer service also, so I felt that paying the sales tax was worth the customer service and lifetime balancing.

I just bought my combo from Discount Tire. They gave me aprice pretty close to what I would have paid online and guarantee fitment. Better safe than sorry.
