I would like to paint my Control arms with POR 15 in chassis black but i cannot find a paint store in my area that sells it. Does anyone know where the best online place to buy it is. Thanks in advance. Richard
Not to insult you, but did you look for it, or ask for it? We have a local independant parts store here, and when I asked the guy he told me he could get it. They had to get it from a "sister" store two cities over, but it was as easy as ordering a muffler and picking it up the next day. The local chain stores here haven't even heard of it.
I am not insulted in the least. But, I did try all the automotive paint stores with in 50 miles that were listed in the phone book, both retail and whole sale. There were a lot of them that didnt know what it was. For a while I thought i was going crazy. Then I found a little private store owner that told me to get it off the net because he thought i could get it cheaper than he could order it. Thats what you get i guess when you live in small town.
