I'm not sure how many of you are aware of this place, but there is a company called C.A.R.S., and all they deal with is old Buick parts...

They have everything from floormats to the dealer stickers that came in the window, and every other hard to find Buick part that you can think of.

They have all of the stuff that you can't find anywhere else.

Their website is www.oldbuickparts.com and their number is (908)369-3666. Their catalog is worth it's weight in gold, believe me.

I'm sure someone here knows about this place, but I have never heard anyone mention it when I was asking about parts, so I figured I would share it with my fellow Buick people. Who knows? Maybe they have that one part that you just can't find...

    Hope this helps somebody! :TU:

CARS does have alot of repo parts that you can't get anywhere else. For that, they are to be commended!
    BUT...
They can be 'difficult' if you need to return something....many have reported problems.

    Here's another good source:

cool... I haven't been to those sites yet.

The reason I brought this up is because I have a thread going on my LeSabre suspension; I can't find the front springs anywhere.

I just happened to be looking thru an old CARS catalog and they have them. No one suggested them in the thread, so I was just curious if anyone even knew about them.

I still can't find the actual specs, but at least I know I can get the springs now...

For the springs consider www.espo.com and save your money relative to the CARS prices.

I think the majority of us are familiar with CARS.
Pros--as noted, lots of stuff no one else has.
Cons--Lots of stuff no one else has. And you thought OPG's customer service "left a lot to be desired..."
