My next project is to redo the interior of the car. I have a new headliner, visors, sails, package tray and carpet in the car which I did because I had a new roll cage fabbed and installed. So now it's time to redo the front buckets and rear seats as well as the rear arm rests and the door panels.....So I guess the questions are which company should I order from so that all of the materials match and what should I look out for or make sure of? Any help is appreciated.... Chuck
I've used Legendary before for bucket seat covers and they do an excellent job with great service - even sent me a sample of the material color ahead of time. For the bucket seats I picked up for my '72, I needed white covers and found a new set on ebay for $100 so I grabbed those as it was a huge savings. The white covers are from PUI and also match the interior very nicely. So both Legendary and PUI have my vote.
Thanks... I ordered from Legendary.... My next questions will be on how to install myself....foam and buckets.... padding and covers on rear.....arm rest/well covers... Legendary gave me the number to Color Korrect for matching paint.... Thanks...
Hi Chuck, Read this article from George's website - I've used it before when doing my own buckets and it was very helpful: http://www.buickperformance.com/bs.htm
