Hot dog! I think I got it. First and foremost, I found this link: http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=135694&highlight=kick+panel I got agressive with it and sure enough, found the rubber seal tacked to the unit. No idea how I am going to reassemble... but at least I got the sucker out. I was then able to get my wet/dry vac in there, and I got a bunch of dirt out. Then I placed the garden hose directly into the area and turned it on. The water started pouring out of this spot (shown in photo). I've since used a screw driver to open it larger. Lastly, got my compressed air and blew it all out. Hopefully going to reassemble now and pray that I got it. Hopefully the two attachments worked.
