The old intake heat riser choke is so far gone. I'm looking for a good easy to use and put on electric choke to modify onto my quadrajet. Any tips are handy as well. Or if anyone knows how to adjust those old intake chokes, let me know. Mike the man.
It is going to be hard to get an electric choke to hook up to your divorced choke Quadrajet. The 1975/6+ units are easily converted because they had hot air choke. Youre probably best off finding a used replacement chopke thermostat for your application. As for adjustment, The service manuals have detailed instructions to get you to the correct geometry of the choke linkages.
