Should I just wrap it up in the fixall, duct tape, or is there a replacement duct available??

Year One has flexible air duct hose, but it appears from the pic to be a different material then the original. You could also try wrapping it with gaffers tape if it's not to bad. Gaffers tape closely resembles the original material.

They do make the fabric covered duct. I have some extra from another project. Measure the diameter and let me know what size it is

I believe the correct diameter is 2.75 like the Dorman stuff he shows. Is is the correct tar like paper type? If not Ames Pontiac sells the correct material type.

It is vinyl with wire, not the fabric.
