Hello, I'm planning to do a full repaint on my white 1970 GS455 Stage-1. Does anybody could tell me or redirect me to a link where I can find the correct Paint Code (Dupont Color) for the White color ? Also, is the Apollo White only a GSX color ? Or was it also applied on GS455 Stage-1 in 1970 ? Many thanks for your help and replies. Jeff D. 1970 Buick GS455 Stage-1
Same color with a different "space age" name. http://www.tcpglobal.com/aclchip.aspx?image=1970-buick-pg01.jpg

If you follow Jim's link, it will take you to a chip chart. On that chip chart you will see that Glacier white is code 10.
As I'm in Switzerland, Dupont Color are available, not PPG. That's why I would prefer to find code for Dupont's Paint, it will be more easier for me to find it here... Many thanks for your reply. Jeff D.
If you have a 1970 Assembly manual the GM four number paint code is in there. This should be the same as Dupont as that is what they used. Jim funny you mentioned marrying a Dupont. When I was younger I delivered groceries for a small market. They catered to a wealthy area just outside Boston. I delivered to a wealthy family who's mother was a Dupont. They had a really good looking daughter that I probably should have tried for. Pretty dumb. Guess I was chicken.ou:
