Who can repair rear view mirrors

I need my map light mirror fixed the silver is gone in spots . Anyone know of a place that can do this?

Thanks for the lead. If I could get the glass out I would just have one made for it or replace it with a nice one I have with the chrome back. They want the mirror removed from the holder

 

The glass pops out real easy. Just use a blow dryer to warm up the rubber and use a couple of tongue depressors to pry it out. the glass is very thick so you don't have to worry about breaking it. Just be careful not to gouge the rubber.I have done a few of these and you will be surprised how easy they pop out.

 

Feels like its glued in to me. I'll try it with the worst I have

I thought these were glues to the base. I am happy now as I have several that I can practice on till I get it down. I plan on using a soft plastic tool and if that fails I can always eat an ice cream and try again. Thanks Jim
