if it were only that simple my good man. I did get about half the work done to the tow vehicle this evening, so at least thats a start.
That's a great start. Even if u don't get the car done we can work on it at the track. Besides if its not running perfect I might b able to keep up :TU:
I just got my tow vehicle ready to roll. Dropped the rear fuel tank to replace the sending unit. Fuel level gauge was not reading right. Also did a complete fuel bowl rebuild to fix a few fuel leaks. Just rolled a 100,000 miles on my 15 year old diesel. Looks like my clutch may be like Donny's trailer. Just a bit late. If it shows up last minute before the race I might have to bring the trans jack to the track. Anyone hear from our friend with the Bar's Leaks sponsership?

:laugh: I plan on spectating. Pulled the heads yesterday for the first time since the '01 build. Head gaskets had taken their leave at Martin Oct. '10 Puttin' new gaskets on but won't be ready for Martin, so Stanton's the plan. Too many irons in the fire and no "people" to handle it. BTW, did the lock-n-stitch in '10 so the master blend was not in use. :laugh:
Can't wait for the weekend! Hey, anyone know if the track will be open Thursday to drop off trailers? Just getting a plan together.
