window guide felt material replacement

    I was in the process of changing the felt material for the window guides.
    I read where other people have used the soft side of the Velcro strips with great success.
    What is everyone else doing???

    Rick's Camaros sells strips of the felt material.

    I don't have the website link handy, but if you do a search you should find it. If I recall, I think they are about $11-15 for a strip, which should do all 4 anti-rattle brackets.

    Truth be told, I am surprised that these pieces of fabric are not carried by Parts Place.

    I ended up using the felt side of the Velcro strip. in comparison it's a close replacement.
    I bought the industrial strength ver. VELCRO brand at home depot for about $4.00 gives you two strips to do both sides.
