alright, my windsheild wipers work but it dosen't pump fluid, blew out all the lines(check) made sure there was fluid (check), still no fluid squirts, took off the front plate on the wiper motor, put on a different one, still no fluid (things are moving, but no fuild squriting), tried a whole other pump and wiper motor (the whole assembly), pluged it in, still does the same thing, all the lines are clean and it has a hose to draw from the bottom of the washer bottle.

anybody ever have this problem with there 70 buick sky

Sounds like the diaphrams have dried up. Under the cap where the washer hoses enter & exit. Look for the three hoses, on the right of the washer pump, usually pointing down from the side. 3 rubber diaphrams, cast as 1 piece. Y-1 has them, other suppliers will also have them. 10 minute job.

You can get a rebuild kit w/ the little valves, o-rings, etc, in the "HELP" section at finer parts houses near you. I know Perp Boys carries them.

If that doesn't do it, check the big o-ring around the piston itself. You have to completely disassemble the whole pump to get to it.
