Because rocks have hit them over the years especially in the reart almost no used ones are without dings unless they have been refurbished. You can send your old one out if you have a core or I think ww.thepartsplaceinc.com sells them redone priced with or without a core trade in. Occasionally, you will find NOS on ebay.
