I am doing an overhaul on the dash and need both a cigar lighter and headlight assemblies (entire units with chrome rings and knobs - complete).

Looking for NOS or NEW Quality.

    THanks!

Rob, I have a NOS headlamp switch knob minus the chrome ring still in the GM box. I also have a cigarette lighter in beautiful condition, and to go with that I have the NOS cigarette lighter internals with the wiring etc that the lighter plugs into... If interested let me know.

    Andrew,

I have a couple of assemblies on their way to me. Let me see how nice they are then I'll get back to you. But, for now I am hoping that the ones on their way will be good enough.

Thanks for offering and I "might" have to get back in touch with you later.

    Rob,
Before you install your wiper switch or re-install it...make sure you do a very close inspection of the screw bosses on the back...three of them...I think every cluster I have seen has one or more cracked or broken because people really pushed the "WASH" button causing more stress on the plastic bosses than they were designed to handle.

    George,

Thanks for the tip - I'll check them carefully. What paint do you use on the lower metal dash panel and the steering column?

    Thanks,

    Rob

I use semi-gloss black for the metal dash and steering column.
