Are Year One interior parts (seat covers, backs, door panels, ect.) Good quality and worth the money?

It depends what brand they're selling. Year One doesn't make a thing. Its either going to be PUI or Legendary as far as brands. If you want an interior that is as good as the factory, go with Legendary.

I put in a Legendary interior in my 70 GS 23 years ago. It's still looking very nice. Better than factory which split in 18 years.

Does PUI or Legendary have their own catalogs?

    They have websites.

Like Jim said, they have websites but when you look it up and see what you are interested in, go back to year one and check pricing. Most of the time Year One's pricing will be cheaper then buying direct from Legendary.

I'll second or third that Legendary is the way to go

I just purchased a Legendary interior from Wellington Classics. Was about 10% cheaper than factory direct and Rick was wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions and has kept me updated with shipping dates and tracking numbers. Hope this has been helpful. Mike
