I heard you can use ones from Mercedes Benz models.....try the local parts stores and see what they can do.
You mean the actual glass (whole unit) or just the bulb ? In France all cars used yellow head lights until 1994, and there you stil can find a lot of old yelow head lights in all shapes and sizes. If you only need the bulbs, they are still for sale here in the Netherlands so I can send you a couple if you want :TU: You have to change the sealed beam units for regular ones.
Go to a craft store and find some of Krylon's "Glass Stain". Comes in a normal spray paint can. You can find stuff in a squeeze bottle, but it's not as good. You can get it in yellow/amber, and red for sure. When I get to that point, that's what I plan on doing.
