Yes another seat belt question

I can not see any real difference on the front seatbelt retractors. 1970 GS. Which one is the drivers? Are you suppose to see the tag when it is pulled all the way out? I also can not figure out how to get at the bolt to tighten down with the cover (tunnel). It has a loop that goes around the bolt which then you can't get at the head of the bolt. It makes no sense!

Anybody?? I know it is a dumb question. I just did not think the factory would design it where you can see the tag. Still curious on the buckle side with that cover. Is there a special tool to get at the bolt?

Gary, yes you should see the tag when you pull out.

On another note. I found a good way of getting rid of the shininess of the new upper boot- Corn starch.
