Well, could be called a bushing.o No: Need 2 of them for a 72 350 GS It is rubber with a metal sleave in center and presses into Z-Bar.
Same as a 60s Vette as I recall. They are petty easy to come by. Someone sells them on here--maybe Mike G.
Can't seem to find one up here, the gm dealer can't get the part # I think it is #1382861 and called an equalizer for the whole bar.
