It will be attached to the firewall, then the other end will be attached to the back of the air cleaner housing. Fresh cool air is then forced into the air cleaner as you drive. This was a rare, but very effective ram air system designed for the 68 model. The design that Frank has come up with, will allow the ram air system to be used on most any GM car, Chevelle, Camaro, GTO, 442 ETC.
