The intake has been available and ready to ship for weeks, I got my call several weeks ago, and I seen it at the Nats , very nice looking piece

I just talked with Mike Sr from TA and the intakes are not ready for production runs yet... He does have 2 prototype intakes however they need to port match and make some small improvements to them before a production run is made... He is going to ask Mike Jr to take a picture of the intake and post it....

He also said they are working on the 350 heads...

See my last post... The intakes are not ready to ship, but they are close to going to production. They said only a few of us have deposits down and the first run will be about 100.

Well im lost then, based on the conversation me and Sherri had several weeks ago the info.I conveyed is what I understood to be true, surprising even myself, but I can only assume it was a misunderstanding on both our parts our im a terrible listener, my wife says I am ha, but anyways the Sp3 is real I touched it at the Nats, sorry for the incorrect info fellas

    Sounds good
only a few deposits down means I'll be able to order day of release and get one or two from the first 100 run...

They give a round about price. ? And production date? I'm assuming march next year?

No they did not give a price or any dates for the release. Mike did say that the first thing to do is to port match the intake, and then the next versions will be port matched when they are sold. He also said that then he will continue the work on the heads to get them done, and then after all that he will do the new BBB head...

So everything is coming together, it will take some time but no doubt it will be worth the wait!

going to be hard to make a s/c manifold out of it. BUT, its not impossible. i'll take a junk one.
kind of looks like the M1's I cut up to make my s/p.

Why in pic #6 do the runners look like they're choked off? Is that something to help flow or an optical illusion? Will these end up with the flat floor or will they get some sort of turtle shell floor to help direct flow?(the turtle floor not necessary, just curious if the production ones will differ from these pics thanks)

Nice looking intake, thanks for making them!

Here is my problem with the heads that I voted for. The cylinder heads that are being developed for the bb Buick is a all out bad butt head, and yes there is gonna be a new 350 head and possible nailheads coming soon. But,is the bb Buick heads need a good intake to match them and the single plane that TA Performance has is not up to the job but if Mike contacted Marcella's Manifolds to design a happy medium intake, I'll promise you this, you won't find another intake to compete against it. Mike then in return can have that intake molded under the sumptation that Marcella will allow it or have rt's to it. The heads are useless without a good intake!
