I'm not sure the argent center is available. It was added here with PaintShop. Guess I'll go back to the webpage to see.

The grey they have is good enough and power coating is always an option...

I vote for the Salt Flat's but with a dark grey center like the photochopped image

Call Wheel Vintiques. I know they don't list a 17" Buick Ralley but I'd wager to guess that they could cut out your center and put 'em in 17" hoops. We used to have a guy here who could change the backspace on any stock wheel by moving the centers. He retired, too bad. Also, A GS has plenty of room in the back for 285/40/17's. 255's look to skinny IMO. I run the 285's on my Turbo Regal no problem with the Grey centered Torq-Thrust 2's. I had 'em bolted on my GS for a kick and even though the backspace was only 4.25 on a 9.5 wheel they cleared. Looked bad**s. I actually thought about 17X11's with 315/35/17's for my GS to fill the fenders. My 15x10 Welds with MT 28/12.5/15 have a 13.4 cross section and they fit with very minor fender lip trimming. The 315's are only 12.7 at the sidewall. Should fit nicely with a 6" backspace.

Only problem I can see with that (I looked into it a few years back) is that you end up with the smaller center into a larger wheel so you have all the extra chrome on the outer part and it looks kinda odd...

Steel is heavy too...I think if I were to upgrade in size, they would have to be aluminum...

    Salt Flat

I prefer the Salt Flat! It's why i'm selling my Cragar Street Star, i ' m going to fit 8x17 and 9,5x17 with the grey (painted) center...like the ones sold by A.R..
With the Burnished Copper paint and the good stance, i think i will love my Skylark even more...
    Ohhh, i think i'm getting pro-touringed.. :Brow:
