Thanks to Tom and John for the info on those two gorgeous cars - there are so many others to fixate on ( the red and black 72 GS, the all red 69 GTO, the 71 442, 69 'Cuda 440, etc..) but those two immediately caught my eye. Forget who runs 10-11s - From my perspective, high 13's/low 14's are magic numbers - I want to hang out with those guys and know what they know..13.8 on a stock 225hp net motor with no matter what gear ?- Get that guy a screen name and get him on here - he's already my hero. I've been following this series for many years and when the spreadsheets come out I'm all over them, looking to see who I'd get paired with, (if I ever could work out a 1400 mile round trip with no trailer) and comparing 60 ft's. Your series is in no danger, the guys I wind up running against locally are your target market - the guy who want to make the jump into the 14's with a stock 351, the guy with a nice 325 hp Chevelle that not running up to it's potential. Thats your audience, and those guys infighting at the top doesn't make a difference them. As long as the guy with the XL (or John in the GP) shows up, the series isn't ruined for me. Congratulations on another successful race.
