3.73 and 3.42 10 bolt 8.5 gears gm for sale 3.08 too

Best to open the rear and read the ring gear outer diameter for the tooth count of the ring and pinion. The ring will have the tooth count there...Just keep spinning and wiping the gear edge. 15 41 will be 2.73 13 40 will be 3.08 12 41 will be 3.42 and so on... Just divide the numbers.

We have clutch kits to rebuild your posi and spider gears to replace your OPEN gears if you only need the one wheel peel cheaper.

As stated if you have a 10 bolt 8.2 (stock to the 68-70 skylark. These gears will not fit.)

hi i have a 71 350 skylark with 2.56 gears i would like to fit 3.08 as i am fitting a 200r4 trans first are the a straight bolt in ? and do you have a set ?

 

Yes But you will need a carrier change or a spacer for the ring gear. Jim

I have one of these for the 71-76 10 bolt cover 12 bolt ring gear rears. 125.00 plus the ride. usually in the 14-15 buck area. Jim

3.08 30 spline pinion 7/16 ring gear bolts left hand thread bolts.

I also have rebuild kits for this rear and I believe posi unit But may be the 2.56 unit which would need a spacer i think.
