71 Buick Gran Sport 455 - $2000 (Lockport)

not mine, no clue of shape condition or if any information is correct, just found this while searching craigslist

That first pic is quite pretty.

Looking at all the pictures in the ad, it appears this car was up to the frame in the dirt. But for $2K, I'd take a look at it.

 

Right now it is prob. frozen to the ground. Its a Fremont built car (possible California car) but depending on how long it was in Lockport (Bufalo) NY the underbody and frame are going to be a rusty mess.

 

From that pic it looks like the A-pillar and roof skin above the door are rusted through.
I like the looks of the car too.

 

I use to drive past this car several years ago.

 

Anything underneath is going to be rotted or heavily pitted.

 

Yeah it's been there in that position for a long time. Late 90's early 2000's I was there checking it out, uninvited of course.
The people in the house and their dog were not pleased with my presents.
It was rough then, from what I remember.

Yes. I have seen this car there rotting away for probably 15-20 years in the same spot. I have stopped by twice and left my number but it's been 5 or 6 years since I dropped in. They said her son "would never sell that car". Its in really rough shape now. The frame is probably shot by now and dont think there is a good panel left on the car. I will probably drive by again and take another look.

 

I just called about this car and it's sold

 

That means it most likely will be on eBay in the next week or so lol

 

I tried to buy it. I was going to go there on Saturday but the lady said it was sold. I am sure we will see it pop up soon

Did I read the add right, the odometer shows only 2,375 original miles?

Was the barn heated that you stored it in?

Had to go back add the ridiculous trade options ha,...Im thinking I spend too much time on craigslist
