Tery, let's clarify a few things so that I can be straight on the issues you addressed. Is the fuel regulator you spoke of on the vette also? I do not care about the camaro, I am only asking about Julies pure stock l88 automatic .

Are you running an ignition box in 2010, is it a programmable unit?

Transmission turbo 400 or 350 or Kilgore or switch pitch?

COIL is the active coil in the stock location?

    Jef,
Thought you saw not just heard, NO regulator on Julies car NEVER has been sorry.

A MSD box is legal right till 2011? Yes I run one but not any type of programming it's a waste of time, at Martin stop by I'll prove it to you.

Transmission stock 400 with a soft 1 to 2 shift, and it only shift three times don't believe me stop by at Martin and I'll show you and then we'll pull the pan and have a look. Converter it's a 12 inch no switch it stalls at 2200 RPMS stop by I'll show you.

Coil you have a Corvette right? Does your tach drive cable go though the firewall and where does it run from? Again at martin stop by you can put the coil wire in your mouth and I'll turn it over just kidding but really stop by and I'll address all your issues.

Answer one question for me in 2006 we rip the engine apart and handed over the camshaft if you had all these questions why didn't you stop by and look, but instead you drove right by just like all the other mopar guy's the only one who stop by was Tom Cannon I watched B K and everyone else drive right by like they did not even care.
In 2006 Julie went an 11.54 at 120 right before we rip the engine apart, what's her next best time at Stanton in 2010 11.53 at 121 HOLY 5HIT i can see why your all pissed off and think I'm cheating.:puzzled: :puzzled: :puzzled: :puzzled: :puzzled:

My bad, Julie went an 11.52 at 121 this year at Stanton:Dou: .
You have cars that certified and now running a half second quicker.
    Jeff,
I will tear her car down anywhere anytime to prove my point, but you keep bashing me what about the other top 10 cars and my challenge let rip em apart.

I was a bit surprised back then when Terry tore it down that not more people were around. To some degree it felt like people didn't want to see it be legal. People were just happy not knowing, that way they could tell themselves it's bogus and the talk could go on.

To me when somebody extends the invitation "Anytime,Anywhere" that means something. If somebody came to me and said the Dustpan runs better than it should I'd get a good giggle out of showing them what ever they wanted to see.

L88 is a hot package, the ones you gotta watch out for are the ones that say "You're not looking in here"

I would take Terry up on the invite Mr Morgan

For such a small group of racers there sure is a lot of whining.Listen,a few are going to ruin this for many, this is FOR FUN,Right??Anyway I dont believe there is any STOCK muslecar on polyglass tires that could run faster than 12.50s.Are we that much smarter now then when these machines rolled out of the factories???werent many of the old roadtests run with ringers??How come they couldntdo it then??It is fun and exciting to see how quick these cars are going, but an insult to common sense for someone to say their car is stock. 120 mph REALLY?? Most calculations say ya need about 600hp,man you must have got a good one.Unite and be merry its about comraderie,HAVE FUN and go fast, but be real.

Tom's 100% right, like him or not Terry's offering to tear down in front of everybody. What more do you want? Whenever the PSMCDR releases their new rules I'm sure his car will comply 100% and he's letting everybody know right now your free to check. Why was nobody checking his car out at Stanton when he tore down? Get your a s s e s in there this time... The guy's who make excuses about tearing down are cheating, plain and simple. This goes for both classes btw.

I did jump in Julie's Vette at Martin, brought it up against the converter, the tires were spinning before 2200rpm.

And Yes, if there is any flat out rule volitions he will be bumped into the FAST class along with anybody else caught cheating next year, no excuses.

Are there any Factory Stock cars that were caught cheating in the past that didn't get bumped into the FAST class?
Your statement leads one to believe that there may have been a car or cars in the past that were in direct violation of Factory Stock rules, but still allowed to remain racing in FS instead of being bumped over into FAST?

Terry, thank you for answering my questions, I would love to look at your car, but only to learn how to make mine go faster. I think you have put out the challenge, I respect that and it is not my responsibility to verify if your car or anyones is legal, that is up to the race organizers. Any time you are at the top of the heap, people will always wonder how he or she is doing it. To the poster that said 120 mph takes 600 Jp, hello mcfly, that is what l88's made.

Terry, in 2006 when you tore julies car down after the race, it was my first year and I was getting the feel for this race, that and my driver wanted to get out of there.

Thanks again for answering the questions, I think you are standing up for yourself when someone asks a question. Now we just need tiemann to defend himself or answer some questions like Terry has just done

I bet there is a load of people that would like to run faster than their factory combo would allow, sleep at night and enjoy all the races without being boxed into one event. They maybe just won't admit it.

God forbid if you have a stroker crank you can't enjoy the parking lot party.:Dou:

Im am a newbie. F/S in FAST is cool. If you r within boundries (rules) I tip my hat to all. This is supposed to be for fun and comaraderie! (FOOD:beer ) I will run every race I can (FS, FAST, SUPERCAR,Ralph) No politics all fun. Tear me down. I don't know how to do it on my own but anytime. P.S. I am slow for a 4260LB car?

Tom, there are things we have found and the cars were not bumped into the FAST class. We need to decide when that happens. If a guy/girl has a painted 90/10 shocks on his F/S'er is that enough? What if he/she has a line lock? Maybe the converter is only 1/2 shorter? Do you boot a guy no matter how minor?

I think anything not within the FS rules should bump a car to FAST. If it doesn't, the rules mean nothing.

As long as the match ups are based on time, who cares? The best race I ever had was in my FAST Vette, against Casey's FS Impala. As you know, the Vette was a stroker crank and some mild port work away from being a FS legal car.
