Yes I agree that it took the lowest form of animal to inflict this kind of torture on another human being. The responses from everyone on this thread are very interesting. Emotions are running high and rightfully so if you saw the video. But to my fellow V8 members I would like to ask this question, and be honest with yourself, would you have the same response if you were to see a video of an abortion, especailly if it was a partial birth abortion? If you are not familiar with this process it is where a Dr. takes a baby (many times in the last 3 months of a woman's pregnancy) and partially delivers it by letting the head come out (hence "partial birth"). He then punctures the skull with a sharp instrument, usually a pair of scissors and then proceeds to suck out the brains of the baby in order to collapse the skull. Now think about it, this is just one of the methods used to kill babies in this country on a daily basis. Just because it's legal doesn't make it right. Animals come in many forms. What do you think should be done? Do you think God honors this country for doing this to our own children? Sorry to be so blunt but I had to get this off my chest.

I regret clicking that link and watching that horrific display of unjustified hate. I normally dont cry but watching that and thinking about his family and friends just made me break out into tears. I cant get those disgusting images out of my mind. No one on this earth, I dont care what he / she does, deserves that kind of punishment. It leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth to know that there creatures in this world that would do something like this and still be able to sleep at night. I wanted to discuss this with my parents but I think they wouldve scolded me for watching the video. Hence why I came here to get this off my chest. Thank you all for reading what I have to say and I hope you all feel the same way I do.

Scott, man talk to your parents. I don't know how old you are but if you can't talk with them who can you talk with? They need to know that their son's curiousity led him to learn that life is fragile and that it impacted you and moved you. By posting your reply you're showing that you stand for something and you are willing to speak out about it. This country is blessed to have the freedom to express our opinions. I watched it and regretted it also. I even felt guilty. I usually woudn't give it a thought to watch something like that. Buy it made me think about what I said in my previous reply which I felt needed to be said. A very touchy subject and as you can tell not many want to touch it.
His family should've let him stay in custody of the American troops out there instead of demanding his freedom from them. It's their fault he's dead. He was better off in custody of the Americans in that "country". He could be home safe by now, if his family didn't threaten to sue the Government for holding him custody. animals I saw the vid. watching a guy get killed is not a super fun happy thing, but, I didn't find it all that horrible. Getting your head cut off sucks, but, wackin someones head off is not torture. It is a form of execution used for centuries. We could drop a huge bomb on them that would burn the eye balls out, melt skin and bones, and cause them to lose control of thier bowels. Imagine having no eyes,hair, or skin, then having a messy pants accident. hey, why dont we collect all the "animals" instead. they can work in our fields and factorys for free, like trained monkeys. Sure, the old ones will resist but we hobble or kill them and use the "pups". a 7 year old animal can be worked very hard, and exist on little food. They are not strong enough to break chains, so keeping one in the yard is fine. an occasional good whipping will keep them in line. just think no more hard labor!!! i suppose we could sell and trade the animals we don't want, and make a good living. custom, would it matter if it was a baby animal? or only a good christian animal? would the brain suck save the life of the mother? would the brain suck baby believe in allah? maybe we could nuke the baby instead. oh, sorry to break the news to you like this but, god, like santa and the tooth fairy doesn't exisit.
Adam you are correct. The government even offered him a free flight out of Iraq and he refused. He was safe in US custody. Now, about this kid's Dad. I really understand that this guy is upset, and rightly so having lost a child so brutally. But I find it horrific that this guy would use his own dead son as a tool for his own anti war /anti Bush agenda. The kid isn't even in the ground yet and this guy is all over the air waves talking about the "illegal" war. I just find it pathetic that people will stoop that low. The kid was given many warnings that he should not be in Iraq and if he absolutly had to be there, he should only go out with millitary escort. He disregarded all of these warnings. Then when he finally was picked up by the US his parents bitched to force the US gov. to release him. Then he refuses both a full escort to Jordan, and/or a free flight out of Baghdad. So I wish someone would please explain how exactly this is Bush's fault?
