Popular Hotrodding....like the magazine,HATE THE SHOW!!! :af:

In the past, I really enjoyed the "car shows" that were on; but, anymore, I can hardly stand to watch any of them. Especially that "Funkmaster" idot! :spank: The only thing they do on that show is put really ugly wheels on a car and call it a "custom".

Between the "Mullit Brothers" on PHR TV; the constant, stupid puns on "Horsepower TV"; the portly bozo on "Dream Car Garage" and that "Funkmaster" idot....today's "car shows" suck!! The only one I can stand to watch is "Trucks". I don't even like trucks that much, but his show is done fairly well without any stupid gimmicks.

Anyway....sorry about the  :af:  .

I have never seen "Hemmings Muscle Machines"....I will check it out. :) :TU:

I just renewed my Hemmings Muscle Machines subscription. 2 years for $18.00.

Find me a magazine as beautiful and well done as HMM for that price! :3gears:

i personally like car craft. i like the pretty much un-biased coverage of hot rods/ muscle cars in general. i love all classics, just so happens buicks are my favorite.

BRUSA definitely was a VERY GOOD read! I still have most of my old copies!

    RIP... :(

PHR (IMO), USED to have AWESOME tech articles... maybe they still do I dunno. But I lost interest in them several years ago. They really don't cater to the Musclecar crowd..

All Chevy or not, Chevy High Performance (again, IMO) has ALWAYS been the most entertaining and informative for me for over a decade now. It seems to me that they always have a (very timely) tech article for something that I needed to work on for the Buick.

Now if we could just convince them to quit doing all of the Camaro and Chevelle feature articles, and start doing some on Chevy's older and bigger brother.. Buick GS 455!! :Brow:
