BOPC Show in Auburndale, FL October 28, 2023

Well guys, it's that time of year again. The BOPC show in Auburndale, FL is Saturday October 28, 2023. Here is the flyer I got via email:



Unfortunately it looks like I'm not goin to be able to attend this year, as I already made a commitment on that day with my son.

 

Rich, I didn’t give you a like because you’re not going. I gave you a like because you’re hanging out with your son and going to have a good time. Will miss you buddy! I’m pretty sure Alex and I will be up there with our cars as usual. At least I know I plan on going.

Unfortunately, that is the day we leave Pinellas County to come home to NY for 6 weeks.

I'll sign up but havent decided on which car to bring. Wildcat would be my first choice but it wont be ready

 

Sent my entry in yesterday. Probably get a room nearby like in yrs past. Can share if any out of towners want to be close for an early start.

Sent our registration forms in the other day. Alex and I will be there. Hopefully we get the back parking by the RR tracks and the shade trees again. I love that spot! Maybe whoever get's there early can tell them we're a Buick club, and we want to park in the back by the RR tracks?

 

Got the conformation of them receiving my reg a few days ago. Last yr I was B-10

Got a call from them yesterday( Olds Club) They wanted to know what car I was bringing. Seems I forgot that part on the registration form. All I put down was its a Buick.



I'll be at the sleep Inn in lakeland on I-4 friday night.

 

Wish I could stay in Fla another few days so I could go. Have a great time guys!! Clearwater Jazz Fest this weekend for me though.

I'm ready!!! My son and I are driving up Friday night. Spending the night at my high school buddies house. I reckon we'll meet up with you at the hotel parking lot like last year Steve.

 

It's a different hotel but that sounds like plan.
