John - It is a Pit Boss Pellet Smoker, bought it at Lowes several years ago. I have a large commercial gas grill also but I use this more, two pounded chicken breasts with some rub, 20 minutes on each side, Salmon on a damp Cedar plank......and of course all low & slow BBQ needs - nothing better IMO. Here is a link to a newer model of the same. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/p...A3QoUXAj_USMs6Qs5NIwrIXQspt9gsxRoCBOkQAvD_BwE

Wing Barn chain in Texas (elsewhere too?) Sells bacon-wrapped grilled cream cheese stuffed jalapenos. O M G. I imagine yours are just as good.

Fired up the Pellet Smoker again, did some poor man's Brisket. 4LB Chuck Roast, Course Salt, Pepper, and Voo Doo Rub, 225 degrees for 4 hours, then covered in a pan of red and yellow onions with a little Beef Broth and Worcestershire, for another three - - - - creates the best Au Jus with some Crispy Brussel Sprouts and Taters....
