Nothing too fancy but we grilled the turkey on the Weber charcoal grill, turned out great again. I soak a piece of applewood for a few days and put that on one side of the indirect heat. We cover the turkey with bacon that is basted with barbecue sauce to keep the turkey moist. That works great and as a bonus you need to eat the bacon off a couple of times.
It’s Fourth of July, what better than grilled steak and onions? I am prepping now so that I can start grilling soon.
Going to make some blue cheese Gorgonzola butter now with a touch of horseradish. Never tried this, I think it’s going to be great!
The blue cheese, garlic, horseradish, Gorgonzola butter, to go with the sautéed onions, is looking pretty freaking good right now! Thanks to the wife for the amazing deviled eggs!
So, if you like hell of a good chip dip, this topping on a steak was like that, except multiplied 10 times! It was freaking great!
