The crust was a little bit short of being perfect. I think I'll cook the dough a little bit before adding the ingredients next time
I have used a top side only pizza maker a few times. Surprisingly the crust turns out excellent. And I like my crust on the crispy side.
my wife is totally for the crispy crust. As I said before, first attempt. I'll dial it in where she's happy.
The big thing is, I got this $20 pizza cooker off of marketplace and here I am making really great pizza with it a day later. Check it out guys!
Ok, my new Ninja outside smoker slash grill, air fryer, oven, dehydrator, and more is so far doing an awesome j. I see they upgraded the quality control. And changed a bunch of things to make it more reliable. It is an instant smoke and deliverance is directly into the food. And very little wood…or flavored pellets are. Just a simple lunch, sender sirloins that sat in a ziplock with my favorite stuff. So good and actually tender even though mostly don’t go for sirloin.
For our Christmas / New Year’s party I made some awesome lobster bisque, I also cooked crab legs, lobsters, scallops, shrimp and grilled filets
Oh man, I would would do dirty things for that meal! But let me explain,… never, ever with the same sex! It doesn’t look THAT good. LOL
