I guess he's really hasn't raced Buicks much. I know I've never raced mine (yet), but from listening to the talk here 12 seconds is Very Achievable Maybe he should bring his 375 HP Chevelle to a few Buick events :Brow:

lol. i like the fact that their are some people who are acknowledging the GS as more than an old mans car...but i think its halarious that some 'velle guys are trying to act like they know alot about them. One guy said a regular 455 isnt near as stonge as a Stage 1. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isnt a Stage 1 motor the same as a 455 with a few warmed over parts?

thats because them darn buicks wont go no where! :rant: you step on the gas, look at the tach and it is goin crazy, but the cars barely move anywhere and tend to slip sideways? o No: :laugh:

Someone needs to tell them to check out the stats for the F.A.S.T. series. Hmmmmm, What has won the title 3 years running. Sure as heck aint no Chivy.

 

The funny thing is, either the chevy guys don't know how to respond to our posts, or they are in just so much shock that they got a handful of buick people registered. We need to keep that thread cooking to the top! :laugh:

if you read down the thread a liitle aguy rings in SSAL396 that is a good freind of mine he has a 69 velle396. that guy loves that web site . so it is good to see him mention my old car. later scott

I love it!! This is hilarious!! Yeah, look out for those stage 1's, they're so much faster than the other ones.............look out, Buicks make gobs of torque.........and that 375 HP chevelle that beats all the Buicks........at last, the Buicks get some respect.
