Also like the way you phrased "the wife moved on" LOL

Haha... first step is to put them on notice, then double secret probation, and then, if you have to, give them final notice with no severance... This can all be preempted if she's a waitress and takes off with the illegal cook. Then its just a phone call away... 969-0300. My attorney is on speed dial LOL... ws

Sorry to break it to you - its too small. Can you go 2 or 1 1/2 story for storage? Man, they fill up fast... Make sure the slab can support a 2 post lift - check the installation instructions for a brand you might buy - most are not too onerous!

Typical minimum around here is 4.5” of good concrete, 6” is better for most two post lift installs.

Looking good John!! That looks like a peaceful place. The garages are never big enough, they seem to fill up fast.

Well 70% chance of rain here today so the pour is postponed. Just for the record I know this building is not big enough but this is the biggest level spot we could bench out on this lot. There are some down sides to a mountain home.
I've loved the Blue ridge since my Dad took me down the parkway when I was about 10 years old in a homemade truck camper. I don't think I will live long enough to get bored living in these mountains.

Smokey15 So old that I use AARP bolts.

Are there two mobile homes on the property? Looks like it from the pics. No matter what You build, it will never be big enough as long as You are 'active'. We have a 40X68 and a 40X36 along with a two car garage attached to the home..........all full.

One Mobile here I had set, the other building is a yard barn/pump house left over from previous owners. There was an old farm house here that burned down some time ago. Bummer is that the rain held off till after 10:00 last night, could have gotten the floor poured yesterday and forecast calling for rain all next week.
I am leaving Rittman,Oh building in Fancy gap,Va. I think it's a rule all Ohio residents must move south upon retirement. Time to turn operations of the family farm over to the 6th generation. When I was A kid Grampa lived in Florida while My Dad and Uncle ran the place. We later bought my Uncle out and I still remember the day Dad went south leaving my brother and I in charge. The kids cant step up till I step out of the way.

GREAT idea!!! We can put A burnout box at the gate and set it up to open with a 10 second burnout.
The rain let up long enough to get the floor poured and sealed today. g7 (1).JPG

Man! Thats a lotta 'crete to move by hand! Did my shop in the back of a single wide lot (50 feet wide) with the house and garage "A" in the way. The concrete guy used a "motor buggy" the 22 x 22 x 6" slab. No drive then either, so it was over bare ground!

Nice! I see a Frist Gen Lightning there. Bought one new and immediately put a Kenne-Bell whipple charger on it.
now have the second Gen bought new, no rain.

I love the first gen lightning. Second is faster but the body style never really grew on me. My Red one is one of 695 built, the white one is one of 761 built. Took these just yesterday. D3F57252-3EEF-4095-BC4D-049AB7674DD7.jpeg C99FECE9-3813-4C77-A36F-D1FC9E3BA986.jpeg
