We are coming with two cars, and God willing to both events.

This is the math for us:
    1800 miles @ 10 mpg = 180 gallons x $4.70/gal = $846.00 fuel

Every year for the last three, the fuel cost has gone up about $175.00

Since the gas prices are so high, it's forcing me to be very selective in the events I attend. Racing at Martin and Stanton for sure and one test night before each. The local cruises are not going to happen this summer.
Glad to hear that a lot of guys are still planning to attend Martin and Stanton. I'm looking forward to my matchup with Paul Richards again!

Getting worse all the time, too. Diesel's now over $5 and looks like it hasn't even started to peak out.

York's out now, so down to just Stanton and Martin...... and only one night stay at each. Gotta make it up somewhere. Fortunately, can be at each in 2 hours. May make Dick Miller at Norwalk with the cancellation of the York trip.
